  1. Ensure that the machine’s power cable is properly plugged into the socket.

  2. Turn on the computer mounted on the control panel.

  3. Check whether the Emergency Stop buttons on the machine are pressed. If any are engaged, release them.

  4. Launch the CNC control software by pressing the “Power On” button on the PC interface.

  5. Check whether compressed air is available and verify the pressure reading on the pressure gauge (manometer) located on the air preparation unit connected to the machine. The operating air pressure must be between 5.5 and 8 bar. If the pressure is outside this range, the system’s pressure switch will prevent the machine from operating. Ensure the air pressure is within the required range before proceeding.

  6. Remove any FOREIGN OBJECTS from the machine or worktable that may obstruct movement during operation.

  7. Secure the appropriate cutting tool to the motor using a collet wrench. For automatic tool changer systems, send the relevant command to retrieve the desired tool from the magazine.

  8. Fix the workpiece onto the CNC machine’s surface using appropriate clamping devices. If using a vacuum table, secure the workpiece with vacuum.

  9. Move to the specified reference point on the workpiece and zero the X and Y axes using the “Zero X” and “Zero Y” buttons.

  10. Touch the cutting tool to the top or bottom reference point of the workpiece and set the Z-axis reference using the “Zero Z” button.

  11. Open the desired CNC program file (G-Code) from the file menu.

  12. Please wait for the complete loading of large G-Code files as it may take some time.

  13. Turn on the dust collector (if available) or the coolant pump motor using the switch on its own unit.

  14. Start the operation by pressing the “Run Program” button to execute the uploaded G-Code file.

  15. Do not press any keys with wet hands. NEVER open the electrical panel while the CNC machine is operating. Do not stand in the direct line of the spindle or cutting tool.

  16. Do not run any other applications while the CNC machine is operating. This includes Calculator, Wi-Fi, Network Connections, etc.

  17. While the CNC machine is running, restrict access to the safety zone around the machine to only trained and authorized personnel.

  18. Once the operation is complete, move the cutting tool to a safe area, then remove the finished workpiece from the machine.
